Specialising in signature cocktails and holding one of Sydney's most extensive spirit lists, Zephyr Sky Bar is proud to be Sydney's favourite rooftop bars, awarded Hotel Bar of the Year in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced casual Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Australia's largest hotel!

The Role:
Our ideal Bartender is someone who has a passion for their craft and is wanting to experience a fast paced and vibrant environment. We are seeking confident, well-presented and hardworking candidates with a can-do attitude who can create exceptional experiences for our guests. With the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods, there is always something to learn in this role.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality
Excellent presentation and grooming
Proven ability to work autonomously
Strong communication skills
Full working rights in Australia
Current RSA
Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
