The Employee Cafeteria Attendant plays a vital role in providing Hyatt Regency Boston colleagues with nutritious, well-prepared meals in a clean and welcoming environment. This position ensures the smooth operation of the employee dining area by preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent service to all hotel colleagues.

• Prepare and serve meals according to the daily menu, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Replenish food items and supplies as needed to maintain service flow.
• Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafeteria, including dining areas, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines as required by local health departments and company policies.
• Greet and assist colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; report shortages to the Chef on duty.
• Assist with special cafeteria events or functions as needed.
