The Associate Director of Luxury Events assists in hiring, training, managing and coaching Event Sales/Planning Managers and Coordinator, and will also stay in tune with day-to-day tasks by servicing group business. This position will be the second in command in the Events department, reporting to the Executive Director of Luxury Sales. This person is assigned specific leadership responsibilities that should include supervisory duties over part of the Event department, leading department meetings and projects, exposure with Ownership meetings and will be fully immersed in responsibilities to prepare for their next position of Director of Events.
