The Assistant Transportation Coordinator possess strong communication and relationship skills. This position, in collaboration with Transportation Coordinator and Front Office Management, is responsible for coordinating shuttle/transportation needs for guests arriving to/from the resort. This requires monitoring flights and scheduling arrivals and departures in a timely manner. This position works in tandem with the drivers whom welcome and create the first impression upon guest arrival. This may include assisting the passengers during the loading and unloading process. It requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel guest services and knowledge of daily events.
