Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Residences Manager role:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments such as maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
Manage resident services, handling inquiries and lease signings to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Supervise and support the Residence team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
Ensure compliance with branded Residence policies, local regulations, and cash-handling procedures.
Support with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information

About you

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
