This person will be responsible for working with the condo owners to identify property goals, needs and objectives. The condo property coordinator will be able to answer questions, give general information, book reservations and handle in-house needs. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to answer telephones, book reservations, interact with potential guests/owners. Potential site tour visits, picture inventory, coordinate and enforce condominium procedures and policies set forth by Property manager and/or General Manager of the Condominiums. Provide support and knowledge of condominium policies to reservations team. Comprehensive knowledge of Lodging quality assurance program. Reserve owner and owner guests' reservations. Interact with owners, handle in house guests needs and pre-arrival guests' requests. Responsible for greeting guests, vendors, and owners coming into the office. Answering telephones, interact with vendors, contractors, realtors and guests. Includes condominium and private residence inspections. Daily checklist, office paperwork, reports, unit inspections, work with owners on requests, guest's requests. This role will also include check in duties at Grand Hyatt Vail front desk and will be responsible for the guest registration process. Complete any other job-related duties assigned by Front Office Manager / Property Manager or General Manager of Condominiums. Year-Roundfull timeStarting rate for this role is $22.00 per hour. Actual pay will be based on experience. This role is also eligible for a retention bonus which is paid in increments after 30, 60 and 90 days of employment.
