Description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Materials assists the Materials Manager in hotel procurement and the efficient operation of the Materials Department, including planning and procuring materials, vendor development, and administration of contracted services, all in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a supervisory role in Materials Management or inventory control role in Hotel industry.
• Must be an intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in both speech and writing.
