Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Andare Kitchen & Bar as our On-Call Andare Restaurant Server!

Andare Kitchen & Bar delivers our guests a quick and efficient Italian-themed dining experience, while providing an environment that is upscale yet casual.

Andare Restaurant Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

The hourly rate for this position is $16.66/hour to $16.99/hour. This position starts at $16.66/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently $16.99/hour.

This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest's discretion to the Andare serving team, as well as service charges on applicable orders.

Qualifications
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

• Refined verbal communication skills

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time

• Availability that includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred

• Previous restaurant experience or previous customer service experience preferred

• MAST and Food Handler's Cards required
