1.To assist in the smooth andefficient operation of Fitness Pavilion area.
2.Keepsinformation material updated.
3.To have a full workingknowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate tasks to subordinatesto the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed andchanged on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations andoperating philosophies.
4.To be completelyaware of Fitness Pavilion activities, and to promote these actively, completelyfamiliar with all facility opening and closing hours as well as product andservices offered.
5.To assist in the review of all administrative policies and procedures relating to the reception desk, continually looking for methods to improve as required.
6.To be entirely flexible andadapt to rotate within the different sub departments of Fitness Pavilion.
7.To be fully conversant withall services and facilities offered by Hotel.
8.To perform opening and closing proceduresestablished for Fitness Pavilion.
9.To ensure that FitnessPavilion area is kept clean and organized at all times.
