Prairie Bar and Kitchen is a buzzing, high-volume restaurant located in downtown Minneapolis, catering to hotel and convention guests. We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a full hot and cold breakfast buffet. Our lunch and dinner menus showcase elevated bar fare with a unique Midwestern twist.
We are seeking an Advanced Line Cook to join our culinary team. This intermediate-level role is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in our restaurant and main kitchen. Key duties include accurately processing customer orders, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will consistently follow recipes, adapt to special requests, collaborate with servers, and create visually appealing garnishes to enhance each dish's presentation.
