Guests are invited to explore Chilean food and celebrate with sumptuous dining at the resort's famed restaurant. Dishes such as the famousChilean empanadas(AED 50), Grilled chorizo with bread and Chilean salsa(AED 40) and Pastel de Choclo, Chilean corn pie with minced beef (AED 50) can be indulged in. To finish on a sweet note, patrons can enjoyTorta Mil Hojas,traditional puff pastry with walnuts and baked lemon pie meringue, both priced at AED 25.
Chilean guest artist, Sergio Catalan will be bringing the Dieciocho's mood to Trader Vic's JBR with a live music performance to add some sizzle to the evening.
