Recently launched VERO restaurant will offer a delectable selection of dishes on its Valentine’s a la carte menu available on February 14^th only and designed by head chef Andrea Mugavero -  promising to take dinners to his home - the romantic Italian coast, in just a few bites.

Couples can start the dinner ‘crudo style’ with VERO’s signature platter to share. Served from the restaurant’s open space raw bar and priced at AED 119, VERO’s platter features the freshest premium and locally sourced seafood produce. The main course selection includes VERO’s signature Canadian lobster marubini pasta with asparagus and truffle bisque (AED 180) and beetroot risotto in sweet gorgonzola cream (AED 96), while the meat lovers can indulge in veal tenderloin steak soaked in red fresh peppercorn and truffle source (AED295). To complement the refined Italian coastal dining experience at VERO, the restaurant’s knowledgeable staff offer tailor-made wine service from its extensive wine list or expertly hand-crafted cocktail list featuring and old Italian classic, mastered to perfection.

With a candle-lit setting indoors and an opportunity to dine under the stars outdoors alongside soothing sounds of waves and a live performance by the venues’ resident singer, VERO promises a night to remember this Saint - Valentine’s Day.

Dazzling Valentines Dinner At Pure Sky Lounge And Dining

Located high up on the 35^th floor of Hilton Dubai The Walk, Pure Sky Lounge & Dining - Dubai Marina’s highest rooftop bar venue at JBR, offers an ultimate romantic setting in the clouds. This idyllic and chic rooftop lounge has an indoor and outdoor seating and spectacular views overlooking Ain Dubai, making it a perfect choice for this year Valentine’s celebration.

Available on 14^th February, the special a la carte menu at Pure Sky Lounge features selection of dishes to indulge in. To start, couples can choose from one of the fresh and crispy salads such as a grilled prawn, butternut and asparagus salad with yogurt sumac dressing (80AED), heritage tomato salad with pea puree (AED 70) or seared locally sourced halloumi salad with smoked duck and roasted mix mushrooms (AED 75).The main affair features dishes like seared seabass with pearl couscous tabbouleh and carrot chips (AED 135 ), grilled beef tenderloin in juniper berry jus with pumpkin puree on the side and local beetroot gnocchi with chestnut puree and saga butter ( AED 115 ).To finish on the sweet note, Pure Sky Lounge is offering chocolate and strawberry velvet cake and creamy coconut yuzu berry pavlova with seasonal berries, both priced at AED 50.

For more of an interactive dining experience, Pure Sky lounge announces the return of an award winning artist Gemma Gallagher for another amazing ‘Design and Dine night’ - Valentine themed. Taking place on Sunday 13^th February from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM this coordinating couple’s paintings class is perfect treat for your partner, mother, flatmate or your bestie. Gemma Gallagher, internationally acclaimed Irish Artist will guide couples step-by-step to create their own unique masterpiece. All required materials will be provided by the venue including selection of bar bites and 3 house beverages for the price of AED 320 per person. Limited spaces available. Advance booking required.
