About Us

Our journey started in 2016 with a belief that our great nation needed entrepreneurs who could identify and leverage every economic opportunity in the country. This would contribute to the prosperity of the nation, but also uplift lives of in the local community, in line with the vision of our founding fathers. With this vision in mind, we made a foray into the leisure and adventure sports business with our first venture, Hatta Kayak. Nestled high in the Hajar mountains, with endless scenic beauty, it offers tourists and adventure sports enthusiasts a great opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Subsequently, we launched similar facilities at three other spots in the country: • Al Khor Kayak & East Boats in the Khorfakkan area of Sharjah, • Al Majaz Kayak in the Al Majaz waterfront area of Sharjah • Al Ain Kayak in the Jebel Hafeet area of Abu Dhabi Another important addition to our portfolio includes Hatta Adventures. It gives visitors an opportunity to indulge in other adventure activities such as hiking, mountain biking, farm visits and farm hiking among others. To support these businesses, we have continued to invest in developing facilities for visitors and tourists. These include Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Real Estate, Agriculture and Heritage Tourism services. The government has recognised our contribution to developing the Hatta region and has therefore entrusted us with the responsibility of leveraging tourism prospects in the region in every way possible. This responsibility continues to result in amazing opportunities for us with each passing day.

Role: Assistant Manager
Division: Hospitality (Resorts)
Location: Hatta, Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle the day-to-day operations by coordinating with all the departments.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with the guests.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority for the staff.
• Determine the quality of the services provided by the hotel and ensure that the standard is maintained.
• Determine the quantity and quality of supplies delivered to the hotel for daily operations.
• Evaluate the staff along with the Hotel Manager on the basis of performance and participation.
• Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally and resolve them on time.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with the guests.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority for the staff.
• Review and prepare reports for senior management.
• Improve guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer services.
