Many restaurants manager do not believe soft skills important as much as hard skills are. In some situations , soft skills are much more important than the hard one. The hard skills can be taught,learn and be perfected during certain period of time . As a restaurant manager , you always want to hire someone who is punctual, trustable, friendly and has positive attitude instead one the one who has all the hard one with no presence of the soft one.
