We are pleased to share the onboarding of two (2) Cluster Managers at Jannah Hotels & Resorts to be both based at Jannah Burj Al Sarab, Abu Dhabi.

JOCELYN ROSARIO brings along 14 years of effective sales experience in the UAE, predominantly in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. She started her career in reservations at Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson which molded her to eventually move to Sales and Marketing. Her portfolio further expanded as she ventured into recreational-themed parks by handling the group accounts at Ferrari World, Yas Water World, and Warner Brothers. Her most recent assignment was with Yas Plaza by Aldar Hospitality managing six (6) hospitality brands as the Cluster Asst. Sales Manager looking after the corporate segment.

Her extensive exposure to handling corporate sales accounts in the capital, and her proven track record made her a competitive addition to our rosters of sales professionals. We are just as excited to continue witnessing the growth and retention of our corporate segment with Jocelyn on the frontline. Her professional demeanor along with her winning personality will enable Jannah Hotels & Resorts to continue securing stable business relationships and sales partnerships.

EMAD ATTIA has been significantly playing a developmental role in the Revenue and Reservations since 2014, and with Sales during his formative years from 2011. His background in reservations started in Movenpick Hotel & Resorts in Cairo, Egypt which served as his stepping stone to relocate to the UAE by joining Movenpick Hotel Al-Manzar Dubai. He held various mid-management roles in the industry with Nassima Royal Hotel and Voco Dubai, having Somewhere Hotels Group Dubai as his last assignment as Asst. Revenue and Reservations Manager.

With a bachelor's degree in hotel management, Emad has the appropriate foundation to manage and assess hotel revenue and analyze its areas of growth. We look forward to embracing the change mechanism on how we implement revenue and reservations strategies with Emad as the equitable leader.

Onboarding Orientation is an opportunity for all new Safirs to understand the history of Jannah, all of our milestones, and an overview of our market positioning. Not only will they know in depth the portfolio they work on, but they also get to meet the principal members of the team. The code of conduct, brief guidelines of the UAE labor law, and the accommodation rules were also discussed to establish order, compliance, and discipline in the workplace.

This activity also strengthens the foundation of what Jannah stands for, and the holistic meaning of what is it to be a ‘Safir’ – a Jannah Ambassador. Introducing the Jannah Values and our core DNA solidifies how we truly value our People in all our aims and initiatives. It’s delightful to see the diverse energy in the team during the orientation – all contributing to how we engage, enrich, and evolve hospitality – #thejannahway!

There’s no better way to cap this event than with a fun trivia game to commence the orientation ceremony of distributing their Jannah Passports, and first Jannah passport stamp.
