We dedicated the full month of September as Housekeeping Month with various engagement activities for all of our housekeeping teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah!
We started the first week of September with the Lust for Trust training – one of our Core Values, to strengthen the team dynamics. Week after week, we published a short interview with one housekeeper per property to get to know them on a personal level. During the housekeeping international week, the management team welcomed the housekeeping by serving them breakfast as they go and get ready for the day’s deliverables, and later joined them as well as the Housekeeper of the Day. Games, dances, and all that jazz came in handy as the week progresses. We ended all of the celebrations this month with personalized treats and appreciation messages from the General Managers.
All these are incomparable for all their efforts in keeping our hotels clean, safe, and with a touch of Jannah – ‘Paradise’! We are proud to know how resilient and strong our team is – day in and day out.
