Employee Well-Being Matters!
While burnout can mainly be attributed to organizational deficiencies, it's important to recognize what YOU can do to help prevent it!
1. Establish "work" and "personal" modes. Be aware of your thoughts, actions, and words. Are they aligning with what you should be focused on?
2. Set daily goals that don't feel impossible. Goals are meant to stretch your capacity, but not to overwhelm you.
3. Make time for hobbies! Personally, I am learning how to become fluent in Spanish.
4. Mental health! This is one of the leading causes of burnout. Self care is more than a bubble bath or glass of wine. It is a choice to put yourself and your needs first.
