I have read many posts regarding loving your job and not the company. While I agree with the thought, I do want to ask, why blame the business owners or the company?
In a situation of crisis where the businesses suffer losses unprecedentedly; the business owners, unit heads and financials head often keep a close watch on the P&L. They ensure the payables get monitored, prioritized and the receivables do not get overdue and maintained at minimal. No business or company would like to retain their liabilities in such a situation; so it is obvious they clear them as much as possible. On the other hand businesses and companies will make every compromise to retain their assets. So, let us accept the situation and remain positive. Change is a rule of nature, nothings shall remain forever.
