The more precautions, more face masks, more face shields, more see-through glass partitions, more sanitizing, more contactless service, more social distancing, is going to make a scary experience for guests and going to chase them away actually. So, keep it as simple as it can be, as natural as it used to be. Priority should not be filling the empty bank accounts as quickly as possible, but to win back the guest confidence and bring them back.
