Bullying is common, be it at schools or work.
Despite its dire consequences, some schools and employers are not as strict with those bullying and intimidating others as they should be.
So, my questions go to the employers, human resources personnel and teaching professionals.
1. How will you deal with the victims of bullying?
2. Is punishment alone enough for those bullying others?
