To become a successful leader in the hospitality industry, one needs to engage himself with the four "P"
1 Product
2 Policies
3 People
4 Performace

1. Create and maintain best relations with the "P"eople you are dealing with. Colleagues, Guests and Vendors.
2. Understanding and compliance with the "P"olicies of the organization you are associated with. Ensure the policies are reviewed and altered time and again to suit the changing environment.
3. Make sure your products don't get outdated. They are updated and upgraded as and when needed.
4. Always aim for excellence in "P"erformance. To expect the best results from your staffs and colleagues you need to be a role model for everyone by setting your own example. Carry out a self- assessment to analyse your own performance; have performance audits conducted regularly and share the findings with the concerned people.

If you are able to take a very good care of these four "P"s then it will automatically reflect on the 5th "P" which is the main objective of every business.

Any guesses for the 5th "P"?
