The Dubai-based carrier adds two destinations to its network in Pakistan with the launch of its daily services to Islamabad and Lahore from 01 July 2024.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 24 June 2024: flydubai, the Dubai-based carrier, has announced today the launch of flights to Islamabad and Lahore in Pakistan starting from 01 July 2024.
Flights to Islamabad International Airport (ISB) and Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE) will operate daily from Terminal 2 at Dubai International (DXB), offering passengers from the UAE and the region more convenient options for travel.

flydubai first started operating flights to Pakistan in 2010 with the launch of flights to Karachi. In addition to Islamabad and Lahore, the carrier also serves flights to Faisalabad, Karachi, Multan, Quetta and Sialkot.
As Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad is well-known for its delightful combination of modernity and natural beauty and features plenty of museums and beautiful parks that visitors can explore.
Considered to be Pakistan’s cultural hub, Lahore is famous for its lively atmosphere, delicious food scene and rich heritage.
Commenting on the launch of flights, Sudhir Sreedharan, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations (UAE, GCC, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent) at flydubai, said: “flydubai’s new daily services to Islamabad and Lahore will offer our customers from the UAE and Pakistan with more convenient and reliable options for travel. As our flights will be operated by our fleet of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, we are confident that passengers will enjoy an enhanced travel experience with our onboard product.”
Passengers travelling with flydubai can enjoy internationally-inspired menus and hours of immersive entertainment in Business Class while passengers in Economy Class can enjoy optimised space and comfort.
Flight details for the two destinations
Starting from 01 July, flights will operate daily from Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB) to Islamabad International Airport (ISB) and Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE).
Return Business Class fares from DXB to ISB start from AED 5,500 and Economy Class fares start from AED 1,300. Return Business Class fares from ISB to DXB start from PKR 400,000 and Economy Class fares start from PKR 120,000.
Return Business Class fares from DXB to LHE start from AED 5,500 and Economy Class fares start from AED 1,200. Return Business Class fares from LHE to DXB start from PKR 400,000 and Economy Class fares start from PKR 120,000.
