2,200 Armed Forces Officers Club & Hotel Employees Vaccinated to Curb Spread of COVID-19
More than 90 percent of the workforce have received their vaccine at the esteemed property in Abu Dhabi in a united effort to maintain a safe space for guests
14 February 2021, Abu Dhabi, UAE: In line with the Abu Dhabi government's 'Choose to Vaccinate' campaign championing that together we are protected, and in collaboration with SEHA, more than 90 percent of employees at Armed Forces Officers Club Hotel (AFOCH) elected to vaccinate to help curb the spread of COVID-19. This makes AFOCH one of the largest vaccinated workforces in Abu Dhabi.
Commenting on the initiative, Shaikha Al Kaabi, Chief Executive Offer of Armed Forces Officers Club Hotel said, "We are blessed and grateful to have the Abu Dhabi government leading the way in protecting our nation and providing all the necessary means to effectively control the spread of the virus. We are proud that through our collaborative efforts, 90 per cent of our team, including some of their family members, received their vaccination during the three vaccination drives held at the property. With their support we can continue to preserve a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members and ensure to offer unparalleled hospitality."
Several awareness sessions were held over the past month to educate all team members on the vaccine's benefits and provide an open forum to voice any questions or concerns. Armed Forces Officers Club Hotel is committed to continuing the vaccination drive to ensure all those volunteering receive the full dose of the vaccine.
