With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Veljovic has honed his expertise across prominent international brands, including Marriott International, Ritz-Carlton, and W Hotels. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Sobe Rooftop Bar & Lounge and Aether Speakeasy Bar at W Hotel The Palm, Dubai. His innovative leadership and operational excellence have been pivotal in elevating guest satisfaction and driving award-winning results throughout his career.

In his new role, Mr. Veljovic will oversee Dusit Thani Dubai’s extensive food and beverage offerings, which include Benjarong Thai Restaurant, 24th St. Restaurant, NOLO (Dubai’s first dry bar), View Outdoor Lounge, Jones the Grocer, MAKIRA Japanese Rolls and Bowls, The Lobby Lounge, Splash Pool Bar and the hotel’s In-Room Dining Service. He will also manage the comprehensive banquet and catering operations that support nine versatile meeting and boardroom spaces and the hotel’s grand ballroom, further solidifying the hotel’s reputation as a premier destination for corporate events and celebrations.
