Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key corporate accounts for the hotel. This role focuses on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the hotel's services meet the needs of corporate customers. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• With strong corporate database within Al Barsha, Tecom, JLT, Jebel Ali, Dubai Marina and Media City
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
• Experience working with corporate travel managers or booking agents.
• Knowledge of the local business landscape and key corporate sectors.
• Strong existing relationships with corporate clients or industry influencers.
