Atlantis, The Palm will be painting the resort green this Saint Patrick's Day, with special Irish-themed events at three of its popular restaurants
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – The region’s leading culinary destination invites guests to say ‘sláinte’ with Irish-inspired food and beverages at Wavehouse, Seafire Steakhouse & Bar, and Saffron Brunch beginning from 12th March in celebration of St Patrick’s Day. Also known as the Feast of Saint Patrick, the cultural celebration is held annually on 17th March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick (c. 385 – c. 461), the foremost patron saint of Ireland.
Wavehouse
Wavehouse has dedicated a whole week to St Patrick’s Day with celebrations running from 12th to the 20th March and a traditional Irish bland playing live on 17th March from 8:00pm-11:30pm. Revellers can enjoy Irish beverage favourites such as Guinness and Jameson, as well as a variety of traditional Irish dishes including corned beef hash with russet potatoes or a selection of mini Irish pies. For dessert there’s a delectable bread pudding with dark chocolate and Irish whiskey custard or a cheesecake brownie with Baileys and vanilla ice cream. Guests are also encouraged to get into the spirit of the celebration by decking themselves out in green for the occasion.

Seafire Steakhouse & Bar
In celebration of St Patrick’s Day, Seafire Steakhouse & Bar has been dry ageing grassfed tomahawk beef steaks with whiskey for 30 days. The Irish beef – all 1.2kgs of it – will be served sharing style for two people with a traditional Irish side of bacon Colcannon potatoes and creamed kale. The restaurant’s expansive wine list offers a variety of pairings for the meaty main or guests can indulge in a special Jameson Irish Whiskey Cocktail.

Saffron Brunch 2.0
Dubai’s favourite party brunch is going green with a special St. Patrick’s Day-inspired celebration planned for 19th March, complete with interactive entertainment and themed photo opportunities galore. With more than 200 dishes to choose from and a vast selection of beverage stations, Saffron Brunch 2.0 will have guests feeling Irish at heart.
