Diners can indulge in eleven exquisite dishes featuring the freshest seafood paired with Nobu styles and techniques
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – In a two-week-long event drawing on Nobu Dubai’s well-established reputation for experimentation, innovation, and utilising the finest ingredients in the world, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant will be serving a unique, seafood-forward menu from 28th March to 11th April. It offers an impressive collection of eleven innovative dishes that will truly thrill the tastebuds of the UAE’s foodies.
Acclaimed Chef de Cuisine Damien Duviau and his team will be putting their extensive knowledge and exacting standards on the show with a dazzling menu that has Japanese seafood firmly at the fore. From a bluefin tuna tataki with spicy sesame salsa dish that perfectly celebrates this prized rare fish to a stunning looking (and stunning tasting) Hokkaido scallop kumquat ceviche, an inventive and indulgent awabi offering which sees the ‘king of clams’ matched with foie gras and caviar and a light yet rich new-style sashimi dish starring Ika squid, as well as many more items, there is an item on this menu for every type of seafood lover.
Dishes will be delivered to tables in Nobu’s signature five-star style, the resident DJ’s soulful beats will fill the restaurant from 7:00 pm onwards and if they wish, diners can sip on handcrafted cocktails, exclusive Hokusetsu sake, premium spirits, and fine wines while enjoying their meal.

The seafood menu is available from the 28th March to 11th April. Dishes are priced individually and range from AED 75 to AED 700. The a la carte food and beverage menu is also available during this time.
