Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to guests' needs, including spa treatments, fitness activities, and holistic health services.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train wellness staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to established protocols.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to assess their wellness needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience.
- Facility Oversight: Maintain wellness facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a serene environment conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.
- Budget Management: Oversee the wellness department's budget, managing expenses and optimizing revenue through effective program offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and guest services, to promote wellness programs and integrate them into the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in health and wellness, hospitality management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in wellness program management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for health and wellness.
