The PME ENA Operations Leadership team is looking for a strong leader to manage the existing portfolio in the region and coordinate the various hotel openings in the pipeline in Eastern Europe, in collaboration with our support office departments.
Job Description
SCOPE: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia among others
LOCATION: Accor Support Office - Eastern Europe, Budapest or Bucharest
Represent Accor and ensure consistent high-end execution of the management contracts i terms of operational performance, brands strengths, quality and guest feedback, group values, strategy, policies and processes.
Drive hotel financial performance.
Drive accountability at hotel level to ensure General Managers are actively involved and engaged and own the delivery of results in every aspect of the operation.
Coordinate new hotel openings.
Build strong ownership relations, contribute to network growth.
The role obviously involve frequent international travel.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hotel General Manager experience, preferably including Premium hotel brand experience.
Experience in managing several operative units. Cluster or regional responsibility are considered to be an important advantage.
Ability to build strong ownership relations.
Expert level understanding of financial information and hotel data metrics.
Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls in previous roles.
Passionate to grow and develop oneself and others.
Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy, drive and the ability to process improvement.
Highly responsible and reliable; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent spoken and written in English.
