Job Description

Ability to create an environment that fosters employee engagement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Assist with the recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline of the team members
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, resolving any challenges on the floor
Highly responsible, reliable and ensure that the operation runs smoothly
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to guests while also creating a positive employee experience
Responsible for the opening, supervision of operations and closing of the outlets
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration or a related discipline required
Computer literate in Microsoft applications
CXC Mathematics and English
