Job Description
JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next Technical Manager.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Technical Manager will ensure preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, as well as oversee safety within the Open House.

Mission 1: Ensure daily preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance within the Open House. ð ï¸ð
Mission 2: Implement and monitor the safety log and all maintenance contracts.
Mission 3: Oversee the proper functioning of all technical elements and installations in the hotel, manage their life cycles, and handle relationships with subcontracting companies. ð
Mission 4: Manage and optimize energy consumption and implement and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Plan. â¡
Mission 5: Coordinate and lead all Open House teams to implement and monitor regulatory procedures for fire safety (safety of people and property, and guest quality and comfort). ð¥ð
Mission 6: Prepare and follow up on action plans for Safety Committees and all regulatory bodies.
Mission 7: Advise the General Manager on specialized intervention needs.
Mission 8: Work with the General Manager to manage the investment plan of the establishment and optimize technical expenses in accordance with company procedures.
Mission 9: Manage all suppliers and subcontractors with the General Manager: solicit bids, conduct competitive tenders, and request quotes.
