Novotel Amsterdam City features 610 rooms, 1 (large) restaurant, 18 meeting rooms, and hosts approximately 700 guests daily. During busy periods, our F&B team serves an average of 450 breakfast guests and 200 dinner guests daily. To ensure smooth operations and enhance quality and productivity, we are looking for an innovative and connecting Bar and Restaurant Team Leader.

Job Description
What will you do?
As the Team Leader Restaurant, you will be responsible for the bar, restaurant, room service, and banqueting guests dining in the restaurant. You will manage all of this as if it were your own enterprise, with opportunities to discuss new creative and innovative ideas. You are naturally present and visible 'on the floor', but also handle everything behind the scenes for the team.
You support the team and supervisors, coaching them to elevate service standards. Additionally, you will frequently assume the role of Duty Manager, overseeing the entire hotel. In this role, you will report directly to our F&B Manager, Becci.
