Job Description
The Team Lead, Revenue Excellence Center, will be a crucial part of our Revenue Management team, responsible for leading a team of support specialists.
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Excellence Center, you will ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our RMS while providing guidance and support to your team members on day-to-day basis. You will collaborate with other departments and external vendors to deliver outstanding support and contribute to the continuous improvement of our revenue management processes.
The person must be a "super user" of each of the RMS available within Accor, with strong CRS & PMS knowledge, but as well a real team leader with strong organizational capabilities.
