Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Spa Supervisor at our luxurious wellness facility in Udaipur, India. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service in our tranquil oasis.

• Oversee and coordinate all spa operations, including treatment bookings, staff scheduling, and facility management
• Ensure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures
• Train, coach, and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
• Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Implement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spa's offerings and overall guest experience
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all spa areas and equipment
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences
• Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spa's services and operations

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort operations is highly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic financial management and budgeting skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus
