Job Description
The employee is responsible for the comfort and cleanliness of the guest changing rooms and the general areas of the guest spa, as assigned in the planning.
Tasks are carried out according to the shift system. Employees are expected to be present at their duties on time according to the changing shift system throughout the day.
As outlined in the procedures, the guest changing rooms and general spa areas are cleaned using the same method in accordance with general hotel standards at all times.
General cleaning is performed upon the instructions of the Spa Director.
They follow and adhere to the daily checklist according to their shift.
Before finishing their shift, they must ensure that all areas are left prepared for the next shift.
They take any dirty towels, sheets, trays in the corridors, and room service carts left in the general spa areas to the service area.
If anything belonging to guests is found in the guest changing rooms or other general guest areas where they work, they immediately inform the Housekeeping Office and hand over the item to the office with a signed receipt during their first break.
They inform their supervisor for the cleaning of chairs, repair of damaged items, and resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
Previous SPA experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
