Job Description

• Source & achieve new and incremental business from the Leisure, Meeting & Events and Corporate segments to meet the budgeted revenue objectives of Novotel Auckland Airport.
• Supporting the conversion of reactive sales inquiries.
• Manage the end to end of group, famils and events business, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service
• Representation, networking and building relationships with key businesses and market competitors.
• Assist with strategic planning, reporting and analysis for opportunities within all segments.

• Equipped with 3+ years experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality sector.
• Showcasing a proven record of sales conversion.
