Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Front of House teams for our Rundle Bar.
Starting Rate: $18.22 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.27.
Availability Requirement - These are seasonal positions start June to October 31, 2025.
What you will be doing:
- Develop unique cocktails that align with the establishment's theme, ensuring they are visually appealing and high quality.
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks based on their preferences, and provide an exceptional bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organize bar areas, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, track wastage, and conduct monthly inventory counts.
- Work with kitchen staff for drink pairings, update the cocktail menu, and train bartenders in mixology and beverage knowledge.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:- Several years of bartending experience with in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktail techniques, and the history of cocktails.
- Strong creativity to invent new drinks, combined with precision in measuring, mixing, and presenting cocktails.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patrons and provide an exceptional experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have Pro-Serve Certification, prior POS experience, and a willingness to adapt to trends and customer preferences.
