Job Description
This leader will work closely with the F&B team to provide support during peak service times, will provide coverage of floor shifts across F&B outlets (OAK Long Bar + Kitchen/ Banquets/ In Room Dining/ Stewarding), and will assist with various administrative functions and projects. The F&B Manager will have a proactive approach to operations, attention to detail, a focus on upholding brand standards and will embrace the variability of guest and business needs. Previous supervisory experience at top F&B establishments would be an asset for this position.
