Michelin Star Restaurant Host/Hostess
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Host/Hostess at Wild Honey St James you will support the team to create an unforgettable restaurant experience for our guests.
What you will be doing:
Take bookings for the Restaurant, via telephone, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning enquiries into booking and handling guests orders.
Keep up to date and accurate all enquiries relating bookings and put them in the systems and follow up any guest's requirements and pass it on to the right person.
Maintain the data of the systems up to date and does the monthly.
Liaise with the restaurant management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertise accordingly on website.
Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings, create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant.
