Job Description
-Handle requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms for ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai & ibis Thane.
-Constant upkeep of Opera Reservations system through updating of rates systems, validity dates, mail messages, availability control
-Monitor occupancy for upcoming weeks, when stop sell is necessary input date into PMS and advise Front Office, Telephones and ARS allotment holders
-Assist in preparation and checking of rate manual, ensure rates and rates schedule in computer system are correct.
-Maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms.
-Help to meet monthly revenue targets.
-Deal with guests adeptly and maintain confidentiality of guest information and property data.
Qualifications
-Relevant diploma / degree in Hotel Management
-3 to 4 years of Hotel Industry experience
-Knowledge of Opera Software
-Strong operational / technical knowledge.
-Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, proactive).
