Job Description
- To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
- To analyses, demand, supply and price as a means of striving for product knowledge.
- Manage inventory and PAR levels
- Ensure all stores are organised and kept secured, neat and tidy
- Participate in inventory stock takes in the stores and outlets at month end or when required by
management. - Stock take of beverage main stores and outlets.
- Stock take in general main store and outlets.
- Responsible for all purchase orders for food and beverage and general goods.
- Analysis of food costs, menu engineering, recipes costing etc. when required.
- Oversee any promotions in all outlets.
- Organise and liaise with the outlets in regards to the wine of the month.
- Conduct fruit and vegetable analysis.
- Follow up any purchasing queries and inventory analysis.
- Source any non-inventory items.
- Responsible for the replacement of inventory including price comparisons, delivery time and follow
up. - Update the purchasing manual through available technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Liaise with appropriate companies with regards to recycling ensuring efficient running.
- Support outlets in regards to any themed events.
- Maintain up to date costing for all wine lists.
- Ensure the quoted prices and supplier codes are kept up to date in the computer system.
- Provide End of Month schedule to all applicable personnel one week prior to stock take.
- Generate all reports regarding General Stores.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- 1 - 2 years of previous experience within the same or a similar role is preferred.
- A friendly, guest-focused attitude with passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
