About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO to join our team and play a key role in driving our company transformation and strategic objectives. Reporting to the PMO Lead, this role is responsible for leading and delivering critical projects that align with our business objectives and our support long-term growth and success.
As part of a global organisation, you will work closely with our parent company based in Paris. Building strong, collaborative relationships with the Global team will be essential to ensure alignment, clear communication, and the successful execution of initiatives across regions.
This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels, and keep projects on track from initiation through to delivery. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong project management background in call centre environments.
Leveraging your expertise in project management you will contribute to the company's growth through structured project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Project Management of company wide initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the Company strategy and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - engaging with internal and external stakeholders and partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management & Mitigation - Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring continuity of operations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Governance & Reporting - Establish and maintain project governance standards, providing regular updates, reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and benefits to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with teams across departments to ensure dependencies are managed, priorities are aligned, and resources are effectively allocated.
- Change Management - Support organisational change by incorporating change management principles into project planning and execution, ensuring successful adoption and business readiness.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and processes, and contribute to the overall maturity and effectiveness of the PMO.
- Resource Planning & Management
Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring the right skills are available to meet project demands and timelines.
About YouYou will be a seasoned Project Manager. To be successful in this role, you must:
- At least 2 years experience in a PMO role
- Experience leading projects for call centres
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to work outside of traditional business hours, to liaise with our head office in Paris and other global time zones
- It is highly advantageous experience in hospitality or loyalty membership programs, as well as previous experience in a global organisation.
