Job Description

As a PM Room Attendant, you will ensure a seamless guest experience by managing Housekeeping linen, stocking supplies, and performing evening turndown services. You'll maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, respond to guest requests, and uphold safety and environmental standards, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $18.82

Job Duties Include:

• Collecting, sorting & distributing all Housekeeping linen
• Stocking all Housekeeping suppliers and super suppliers with linen and required guest room amenities.
• Performing Evening Turndown service to standards outlined in Training.
• Responding to all guest requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven excellent guest services skills.
• Applicant must be a highly responsible, self-motivated individual who excels in an independent work atmosphere.
• Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
• Highschool diploma an asset

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
