We're on the lookout for an
Office Administrator to join our
Sydney Corporate office full-time,
Monday to Friday. This is more than just a desk job-you'll be the
mastermind behind our office events, the go-to person for anything and everything, and the driving force behind a workspace that feels like home.
What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)- Keeping the wheels turning - Managing office operations, coordinating suppliers, handling invoices, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Creating an awesome office vibe - Planning epic team lunches, birthday celebrations, and events that make Mondays feel like Fridays.
- Welcoming new team members - Making onboarding a breeze by setting up their workspace and making them feel part of the crew from day one.
- Keeping things in top shape - Ensuring meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas are tidy, stocked, and always ready for action.

Qualifications
What we need from you:- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- Previous experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role is a plus!
