Job Description
Reporting to the Global Trade Marketing & Communications Director, the Marketing & Events Coordinator covers a critical role in Accor's B2B marketing and communications organization by supporting the Global Trade Marketing & Communications Director, taking guidance from the B2B Global Marketing and Communications Managers to driving global B2B awareness and engagement, as well as hands on event support when required.
This role will work across all Global Sales segments to deliver key marketing assets, as well as support and marketing activities and events that generate meaningful connections with clients and promote Accor's portfolio and services.
Qualifications
- Business or Hospitality school / University degree
- Sales & Marketing operational experience preferable (hotel or global sales teams)
- Fluent proficiency in English and ideally one other language
- Excellent communication & organisation skills with ability to multitask and deliver on time
- Results-driven, enthusiastic and creative team player with entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving attitude
- Deep understanding of global hospitality industry, B2B market and marketing & event marketing landscape
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyse complex data, draw actionable insights and make informed recommendations
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- A flexible and adaptable mindset to evolve and continue to learn and grow in the B2B communications world
