Learning & Development Coordinator (April to September Contract)
We are seeking a high-energy and versatile individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. In this role, you will be dedicated to fostering employee growth and development through the planning, communication, and execution of training programs.
At the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, we believe learning should be fun, which is why we're looking for someone who brings creativity and innovation to their training approach, with a facilitation style that is engaging, passionate, and flexible. This role requires confidence and the ability to comfortably present trainings to groups of 8 to 100+ participants, ensuring every session is impactful and memorable.
