Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast. Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, our two outlets The Green Dining restaurant and The Cart Bar & Kitchen welcome our guests, with extensive conference facilities hosting a range of exciting events.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, our Kitchen Attendants, also commonly referred to as a Kitchen Steward , is responsible for cleaning duties within the kitchens of the Resort. We are seeking a positive and genuine individual, who will embrace our Heartist culture. You will need to be a team player who can work collaboratively with your colleagues.
