Job Description
Responsible for day to day running and supervision of the kitchens for Restaurant Mauro Colagreco. Maintaining high standards in pursuit of Micheline and other prestigious awards. Overseeing and maintaining standards of food preparation and service. To ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas when under his supervision. Ensuring food, equipment and supplies are ordered, received and stored correctly.
