Job Description

As an IT Coordinator, you will work with the team to create unforgettable experiences for our internal and external guests.

What you will be doing:

Work on technical or operational problems as reported by the team members and/or clients and guests in a timely manner.
Assist the IT Head in keeping accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased by the hotel.
Maintain forms, supplies and spare parts inventory for all computer system related items.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
Competency using a variety of computer softwares
