Job Description

Join our team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant at our prestigious hotel in İstanbul, Turkey! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Restock room supplies, including toiletries, linens, and amenities
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest information and belongings
• Assist in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude

• Warm and caring personality with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Basic English language skills to communicate with guests and team members
• Turkish language skills preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
